Holiday Labs are offered on most DOE school closure days and many Independent schools’ closure days.
Summer Labs programs run for full days from June to September.
PAYMENT
To secure a seat for Summer or Holiday programming, payment must be received in full at time of booking or arrangements made for installment payments. To inquire about installment payment arrangements, email frontdesk@brooklyngamelab.com
absences & Makeups
If children cannot attend Summer or Holiday days originally reserved due to illness or other unexpected reasons, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make our best effort to switch the reservation to other days if provided at least 24 hours notice.
We will not issue a refund if no mutually agreeable date can be found for the reservation change. However, for our Summer and Holiday programs, if provided at least one week notice, we issue full credit. If you cancel within seven days of your reservation, we will issue credit for the cancellation, minus $20 for each date canceled.
cancellation / early termination
There is a 48-hour grace period in which to cancel your reservation and receive a refund, starting from when the payment was processed. However, if the reservation is for an activity that occurs within those 48 hours, there is no refund. There is a 5% processing fee for all refunds.
If you wish to cancel a reservation, and it is beyond the 48-hour grace period, we will transfer your reservation to a future date, pending availability. Alternatively, you may receive credit. Credits are available for use for 2 years following issuance and may be applied towards any Game Lab program. There are no refunds for seats after the 48 hour grace period.
There are no refunds or credits for past sessions missed.
