Due to popular demand, we’re expanding the program to TWO time slots for the 2025-26 school year!

SOCIAL SKILLS IS BACK

As featured in U.S. News and School Library Journal, our Social Skills program on Saturdays teaches children emotional regulation, cooperation, and executive functioning through immersive Dungeons & Dragons gameplay.

PLUS PLUS PLUS! We’re still offering Social Skills during the summer! This full-day program includes D&D, cooperative games, and a daily trip to Prospect Park. Still a few limited seats available for select weeks!

PROGRESS THROUGH PLAY

When kids arrive, we assist with their transition into the gaming space. Empowered with information collected from intake questionnaires, our experienced instructors connect with each student to review the goals for the session.

Once they’ve been acclimated and are ready to engage, BGL “Dungeon Masters” will lead each table’s session of Dungeons & Dragons. This highly imaginative, cooperative, and story-driven game gives children a vehicle to exercise their social skills as they work together to overcome challenges.

This program is staffed exclusively with senior-level team members with relevant experience and training, and has a student-to-staff ratio that’s nearly two-to-one. We’re all about personal attention on Saturdays!

During gameplay, our team will be on-hand for physical activity breaks, emotional support and to continually connect with your child on their goals.

Each parent will receive regular updates via email detailing their individual child’s choices, struggles, and achievements. We’re always ready to have a discussion on ways to better support your child’s unique needs.
