SCHEDULE
Weekend programming does not take place on certain holidays and around school breaks. These closures are factored into the Program’s overall fee and there are no make-ups for days that Weekend programming is not scheduled.
payment
Our Weekend Subscription Programming is conducted over a semester or school year duration. Families who register for programming are committing to participate for the full duration. We break our fees into equal payments that are charged monthly on the first of every month enrolled in programming. These payments remain the same, no matter the number of sessions scheduled in a given month, as the monthly fee is based on the Program’s total cost.
Our Weekend Dropin Programming (Sunday Showcase) is purchased by the session. A discount is applied to purchases of multiple sessions at one time.
absences / makeups
We understand participants may not be able to attend every weekend of Game Lab programming! Make-up sessions can be requested for sessions missed due to illness or family scheduling issues by emailing: frontdesk@brooklyngamelab.com
weekend subscription programming
To ensure a consistent experience for Program participants and limit disruptions to existing groups and Program arcs, participants who request to makeup a missed session of Friday Night D&D, Saturday Night D&D, Saturday Teen Board Games, Sunday Teen Board Games, or Magic League, may be offered the opportunity to attend a Saturday or Sunday Teen Board Games or Showcase session, depending on their age and Program preference. Game Lab may not accommodate a make-up beyond the week the absence occurs and credits are not issued for missed sessions.
Makeups for the Social Skills and Girl Adventurers programs are offered during two weekends in June, at no cost. Credits are not issued for missed sessions.
Weekend Drop-in Programming
Sunday Showcase is purchased by the day and participants select and schedule their attendance dates in the Sawyer registration platform, from the calendar of available dates. If a date is selected and scheduled by a participant who subsequently is unable to attend at that time, Game Lab may accommodate a make-up, depending on availability. Credits are not issued for missed sessions.

We count on our families to remain in our subscription programs for the duration of the Program, in order to plan and staff it effectively. If you need to make changes to your enrollment schedule, we will work with you to accommodate new dates, pending availability.
There is a 48-hour grace period in which to cancel your reservation and receive a refund, starting from when the payment was processed. However, if the reservation is for an activity that occurs within those 48 hours, there is no refund. There is a 5% processing fee for all refunds.
If you wish to cancel a reservation, and it is beyond the 48-hour grace period, we will transfer your reservation to a future date, pending availability. Alternatively, you may receive credit. Credits are available for use for 2 years following issuance and may be applied towards any Game Lab program. There are no refunds after the 48 hour grace period.
If a family must terminate their enrollment at any time, we will cancel the enrollment as-of the end of that month and impose an early termination fee. Early termination will result in a fee of $20 for every month enrolled in the Program, minus the first month.
There are no refunds or credits for past sessions missed.
